New Home

Hello everyone! We are moving! No not the studio…….no not our home…..although it’s pretty cold (it’s like 20 outside right now) these days and somewhere warm might be nice. We are moving the blog!! It has a new home and a couple of new features like a twitter feed – I know scary. The new blog is now located at

www.studio280photography.com

So if you have an RSS feed or you are subscribing by email you may want to update your feed or switch it to the new site. Along with this new site we also be trying to give you updates more frequently along other new features. Stay tuned for more exciting news – but you have to go to the new site to see it – it won’t be here anymore – this will be old news (don’t worry I moved the recent posts for everyone). Oh and let me know what you like or don’t like about the new site.

2010 Senior Model Meghan

I was looking forward to working with Meghan for her indoor session but a little bumed that it was pouring rain out and was going to have to postpone the outdoor portion of the shoot. That all changed when she showed up with a very cute rain outfit and fun attitude to go along with it. :-) – Maybe we don’t have to cancel when it rains after all. Anyone want to do a rain session?

2010 Senior Model Rachel

Rachel’s portrait sessions took place at our studio here in Heritage Park along with the boardwalk in Sandwich. The blue & yellow that you see is a new addition to this year’s indoor background selections! I photographed her indoor session and our photographer Eric Menz photographed many of her portraits on the beach at the boardwalk. Recent Family Session 06.08.09

June 17, 2009 – 11:40 am

We will miss the Johnson family. They were living on Cape Cod for the past three years while Byron worked with our Coast Guard at Air Station Cape Cod. They have just left to head back to Canada where he serves as a pilot in the Canadian Coast Guard. Cape Cod will miss you guys. Take care of those beautiful girls you have.

Meet Aislinn……….a aspiring model who just signed with Model Club Inc in Boston. I had been working with her to devolop her portfolio since last month. Here are a few shots we took in the studio and in Hyannis. We had a blast down at the docks in the harbor too.

Wanted:Class of 2010 Models 04.16.09

Class of 2010 do you want to model for our studio? We have a several model openings available, to download a application email Tom for a link. By being a part of the studio 280 Senior model program, you will be eligible for exclusive rewards and bonuses (total value of more than $1000). The more referrals you get, the larger the reward!

Each Model will receive a personalized portrait session(s). All sessions should be completed no later than June 15th, 2009.  In addition, you’ll get the opportunity to earn some faboulous stuff when you send your classmates to Northern Images for their senior portraits too!

Class of 2009 highlights

Here are some of my favorite senior portraits from last summer and fall. They have about 6 more weeks of school left and I’m sure they have started the count down to graduation. Good luck everyone!
