New Home

Hello everyone! We are moving! No not the studio…….no not our home…..although it’s pretty cold (it’s like 20 outside right now) these days and somewhere warm might be nice. We are moving the blog!! It has a new home and a couple of new features like a twitter feed – I know scary. The new blog is now located at

So if you have an RSS feed or you are subscribing by email you may want to update your feed or switch it to the new site. Along with this new site we also be trying to give you updates more frequently along other new features. Stay tuned for more exciting news – but you have to go to the new site to see it – it won’t be here anymore – this will be old news (don’t worry I moved the recent posts for everyone). Oh and let me know what you like or don’t like about the new site.

Allaire & Charlie 10.16.09

It’s not often that I cover events off Cape let alone out of southern New England but I had the rare opportunity to go to Philadelphia to cover Allaire and Charlie’s wedding last month. I had known Allaire’s dad Brian for about 15 years and was honored when he called me to photograph his daughter’s wedding. While the weather was very very wet that weekend we had the rain drops hold off for just enough to get some amazing shots at the Center Square Golf Club. It was great getting to know both families over the weekend. Thanks for having me! Go Phillies beat those Yankees!

Congratulations to Kristin & Roy who were recently married last month at Our Lady of Victory in Centerville. They celebrated at Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee. What a great night with lots of family and friends! It was great seeing one of my favorite DJ’s on the Cape – Keith Lemire! He kept everyone out on the dance floor all night long

Another beautiful early fall day on Cape Cod for a wedding! Elise and Joe had planned their Cape Cod wedding from quite the distance….Paris, France! The ceremony took place at Our Lady of the Cape in Brewster followed by cocktails on the new Ocean Terrace at the Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster. They rocked the night away with tunes from Unity in the Bayside Pavilion. Awesome! Thanks to Erik and the staff at Ocean Edge.

When Sarah and I met Krista and Eric we thought we might have a little bit of rain to contend with. We had no idea that we were going to deal with 6 inches in just a few hours!! They say rain is good luck on your wedding day . If the rain is any indication you two will be married for a very very long time. A wet knot is very difficult to untie after all. You guys made the most of a truly unforgettable day!

Sunday started off a little damp but quickly dried out and a beautiful day emerged as Meghan & Tom exchanged vows. I can’t believe how many places you guys have traveled too! A little rain from tropical storm Danny wasn’t about to spoil the fun for these two! Jill and TJ meet in the Mansion house early in the afternoon to do all of their family photos early before their party started in the Bay Pine Pavilion. I had to hold them back from running out in the rain till after the ceremony.

After the ceremony Danny let up for a moment then I stole the happy couple and ran to the beach for a few quick shots before it got dark. If you are in the planning stages of your day consider seeing each other before your wedding and you will have many more options on your day!

Sarah & Morgan 08.15.09

These two were already actually married when I photographed their celebration with their families at the Brookside club in Bourne. Morgan & Sarah actually tied the knot in Hawaii earlier this year. Morgan is a Captain in the Army and recently returned home to finally celebrate his marriage with Sarah. Congratulations you two! Thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country!
